“Tysons-based health care software provider Verum Health Inc. is closing in on a $1 million seed round — after only four weeks in existence. The financing comes from a group of individual investors, according to Verum Health President and CEO Matthew Boehm. Dave Roux, co-founder of Menlo Park, California-based Silver Lake Partners, is leading the raise and is joined by Rick Ganong, founding partner of Boston-based Tudor Ventures; Corky Ellis, founder and former CEO of Portland, Maine-based software development company Kepware; and Reston orthopedic surgeon Dr. Bill Wolf, among others.” Continue reading at bizjournals.com….
